Service Description

The research on the importance of employee mental health and wellbeing has been well established: Untreated mental health conditions result in over 6 million lost working days and 12 million days of reduced productivity every year in Australia (Hilton, M., 2004). Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides accessible, flexible and autonomous support to assist you in managing the health and wellbeing of your employees, improve workplace culture, reduce absenteeism and increase productivity. Our EAP sessions provide confidential early-intervention strategies for all employees, to help identify and address any issues that may be affecting relationships, health, overall wellbeing and work performance. Some of the issues we can help with include: • Work-related stress • Depression and anxiety • Alcohol, drug and gambling problems • Grief and bereavement • Relationship and marital problems • Conflict and communication resolution • Self-esteem and confidence issues When you join our EAP service, your staff will be able to access the service immediately through our telehealth options (e.g. phone or video call). We will also provide material to display in your workplace, to promote awareness of the support available to your staff.
