With a focus on everyone's ability, rather than disability, we ensure people feel welcome, heard and supported to be the best they can be. While we have traditionally focused on mental health services, we are currently expanding our team to meet the needs we have seen in our community and will soon have Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy services. Fees and Rebates
Medicare – Better Access to Mental Health Care

You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate ($96.65) for up to 10 sessions per calendar year for psychological services under a Mental Health Care plan (Referral needed from GP).

*$96.65 Medicare Rebate
*$126.34 (out of pocket) per standard session.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Confirm with your employer whether you are eligible for EAP services for personal or work-related issues with up to five sessions typically funded by employers;
No gap fee is charged for these services.
Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)
A referral from your GP is required to access psychology treatment services with the total number of services provided depending on the specifics of your claim.
No gap fee is charged for these services.
Private fee session

A referral is not required if you are paying privately, however a rebate is not available without a referral.

Private Health Fund Insurance
You will likely need ‘Extras’ cover on your Insurance Policy to claim rebates for individual, couple or group, psychology services;
The amount reimbursed will vary depending on your Private Health Fund and your level of cover.
No gap fee is charged for these services.
Couples Counselling/Therapy

*$250.00 (fee).

Additional one-time fee of *$46.00 for couples wanting to complete a comprehensive assessment and report (not required).
NDIS funded sessions
We provide psychological services fully funded by the NDIS to eligible clients for:
Improved Daily Living Skills;
Assistance with Daily Life;
Charged as per NDIS schedule of fees.
Work Safe (Workers Compensation) funded sessions
We provide psychological services fully funded by Workcover to eligible clients;
Any worker who suffers a work-related injury (physical or psychological) or disease requiring medical treatment or time off work is entitled to claim workers’ compensation, regardless of who was at fault;
A Claim Number and a GP referral is required;
Individual, Family or Group Counselling services can be provided.
No gap fee is charged for this service.
Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
A referral from your GP is required to access Psychology services to help treat transport or vehicle related injuries or illnesses;
Individual, Family or Group Counselling services can be provided;
The total number of sessions provided will depend on the specifics of your claim;
No gap fee is charged for this service.
Professional Supervision

We provide Primary or Secondary Supervision for 4+2 and 5+1 provisionally registered psychologists.

We also provide Supervision for all Allied Health roles, as part of their professional development.

1:1 Supervision = *$250 per hour session;
-
Group supervision = *$150 per hour session.
Corporate Health and Professional Development Services
Please contact us to discuss your service requirements and receive a free quote and marketing material.
Cognitive Assessments/Reports/Letters
We conduct various Cognitive Assessments (e.g. WAIS, WISC etc.) and provide comprehensive reports and recommendations.
All reports and letters do incur an additional charge dependant on the complexity of the document.

Cancellation fees
Cancellations or rescheduling an appointment made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any fee. Non-attendance or cancellation at short notice (less than 48 hours) will incur a cancellation fee equal to the consultation fee (rebate is not available for cancellation fees) which will need to be paid prior to another appointment being made.
